Overview
A mother teaches her son how to cook borscht using an old family recipe. She shares little tips and secrets, points out important details, and recalls family anecdotes along the way. The son is making his mother’s borscht in a house near the Zaporizhzhia front line, while the mother is in Poltava. He calls his fellow soldiers to the table and thanks his mom.
